Liebster Award #02! And 100 followers!!!

I can't believe it! I read last night that Laura from Tulipsandcake has nominated me for the Liebster Award! This is the second nomination I have had and it's just so exciting :D Thank you Laura! I went onto my computer this morning to read her post and went onto Bloglovin' only to find that I have also hit 100 followers!!! This is amazing - thank you so much everyone!!!

Onto the questions :)

1) What inspired you to start blogging?
Many different bloggers inspired me to start blogging, including Zoella and Fleur De Force. But it was also my boyfriend who knew my love for writing and beauty, I mean he's the poor boy who used to get personal haul videos from when I show and describe everything I buy when I come home - poor boy!

2) Where did the name of your blog come from?
The name of my blog came mainly from my makeup look! I always have eyeliner flicks and my friends and relatives normally call them my wings. When I think of wings, I think of Angels so that's where the name Angelflicks comes from. My Angelflicks.

3) If you were stranded on a desert island, what item would you lust for?
I would lust for a blanket. It's one of those things I can't live without. I have many different ones after having the same one for around 6 or more years. I have now fallen for one I got in IKEA and you'll catch me most days with it, even in Summer!

4) What tips would you give your younger self?
I would have given myself a fair few tips but here is just two of them!
1- Don't let others push you back - in many situations I let others boss me around and push me round, starting at primary school all the way through to when I left Sixth Form College at the start of my second year in October. I should have never let myself being used like a human slave, it wasn't fair on myself.
2 - Have your own style - I never wanted to stick out from the crowd or called different so I followed every trend and every look as well as I could. I wasn't the best at this as I preferred doing my homework that spending time at the hairdresser's or the shopping centres. When I started college I sort of let myself go and went with the look I wanted to have, and I loved it! I felt so much better about myself and much more confident.

5) What’s your favourite hot beverage?
Vanilla Lattes! I love the sweetness and the milkiness with the coffee hints! It's sugar, milk and coffee with vanilla! What more could you want?!

6) What is one of your favourite movies?
It is quite unknown but it is called Like Minds. It was one of the first films I watched of Eddie Redmayne's (well before Les Mis came out!) and it's great. It is a psychological thriller with a lot which will leave you like 'what?' 'huh?' but it is really really good!!

7) Describe your personal style in three words.
Alternative, punk, grunge

8) If you could hop on a plane right now, where would you go?
The Netherlands, and then have a 40 minute car ride from Schiphol to Hoorn so I can be with boyfriend which is every person's dream - to be with their partner!! I love him so much and it's hard being in a long distance relationship! It's almost 7 months together though so we must be doing something right!

9) Tell me a fun fact about yourself.
A fun fact about myself is that I have met Deaf Havana and Sam from Mallory Knoxx - these are two of my favourite bands so that was really good!

10) What is your favorite food?
My favourite food is Chicken Pizza! It's not something you come across very often but pizza with chicken on is just amazing! I love when I go out and can order it or Sainsbury's do a BBQ Chicken pizza that is just sooooo yummy!

11) Name one thing that you can’t live without.
My iPhone - it has everything on there that stops me being bored with all my apps, my photos of precious memories, and it is the main way I communicate with my boyfriend on FaceTime everyday.

My nominees are:

  1. Catherine
  2. Anna
  3. Erin
  4. Laura
  5. Laura and Gemma
  6. Poppy
  7. Kelly
  8. Cat
  9. Rae
  10. Nicola and Debbie
  11. Ellen

The rules:

  • You must link back to the person who nominated you
  • You must answer the questions given to you
  • You must pick 11 nominees to answer 11 questions you choose for them
  • You cannot nominate the person who nominated you

2) Organisation or chaos?
3) What is your favourite makeup brand?

6) Do you like reading if so what's your favourite book?
7) If you could have anything what would it be?
8) Favourite and worst foods

Wednesday Wishlist #06

1) Dr Marten's Beckett Skull & Roses Boots - Dr Martens £100

I saw these boots on the Dr Martens Facebook page and I fell instantly in love! I already own one pair of Docs that are Matte Black but I would love a patterned pair. Originally I thought I would buy a flowered pair but these are much more up my street! I understand that they aren't everyone's favourite thing or look but I would love a pair!
I also know they are from the Men's department but they are Dr Marten's meaning unisex!

2) Lily Lolo Mineral Blush - Lily Lolo £7.99

Beauty bloggers are my go to when I want to try new products, I'm annoyed now as I can't remember who reviewed the new Lily Lolo range and the blush had my attention. I have recently started a love for blushers and would like to continue my collection. I have never have any mineral makeup but that's only because I haven't found a shade I love and that I can afford! But at £7.99 I think this would be a worthwhile investment!

The shades are all really nice and my 3 favourites are:

  • Rosebud
  • Oh La La
  • Beach Babe

3) Evolve Liquid Crystal Cleanse & Tone - Naturisimo £13.80

As I have said before I like natural products where I can have them and after finding Naturisimo just before Christmas, I could almost buy everything on the site! I have been looking at lots of different reviews and favourites of cleansing cream and cleansing balms but this is one that I like the look of and it seems easy to use, it's got nice packaging and it's natural! I'm definitely wanting to try this!!

Buy here!

I have actually fallen more in love with this list as I've written it - how I wish I had endless money!!

This week's test - Rimmel London Accelerator Endless Mascara

I found this in the bottom of a draw looking rather unloved and as you can see almost all the writing had come off. I'm glad of it's distinctive shape of otherwise I may have never known what it was!

Rimmel London Accelerator Endless Mascara

received this as a free sample when it was first released absolutely ages ago and I had only just found of about free samples! I used it and then obviously it got replaced by some new product as I have never not used mascara!

It has a synthetic brush that is almost the same thickness all the way along but it is quite thin compared to my usual mascaras. Instead of bristles it has small spikes to grab onto your lashes, this gives your lashes a very defined look which is what helps them grow I think.

Rimmel London Accelerator Endless Mascara

The solution is very thick but I haven't noticed any clumps when I've used it this week which is always good as you don't want to have to waste time trying to declump your eyelashes from a big bundle. My lashes do lengthen a lot with this mascara which is very nice as I wear a lot of heavy eyeliner and I don't want them lost into the blackness!

I'm sorry I haven't got a photo of how it looks on my eye - I left it way too late in the day to take photos!

The product itself wouldn't stop me repurchasing it but with a price of £7.99 it wouldn't draw me to buying it next I need a mascara but if you are willing to spend that on a lengthening mascara then I really suggest you do! As it does lengthen but doesn't really do much else!

Clynol Luminous Oil Range Review

As mentioned in my A little bit of luxury: Hair Care Routine, Clynol Luminous Oil was the range sold to me by my hairdresser, and wow has it done wonders for my hair! I did but this little 3 piece collection before Christmas but I've only just got round to using it!

Dazzle Gloss Shampoo - £7.48

This was the first product I tried. It is orange in colour and has a sweet scent. I can't put my finger on it but everyone knows what salon shampoo smells like, it smells like sweet salon shampoo which makes sense as it is a salon brand!

It lathers up really well and does leave your hair shiny and clean! I don't use this every wash as it more expensive than my usual shampoo (you have to use quite a lot of shampoo on my hair) but I use this about once or twice a week depending on how many times I wash it! I would definitely recommend this for lifeless hair as it really does add shine and life to it! I also find it easier to style after using this shampoo - I'm not sure why!

Rating: 8/10

Illuminate Shimmer Treatment - £10.65

Why give something so simple, such a fancy name? I don't know but I guess that is the beauty industry doing it's usual! This is just a plain hair mask, I wouldn't really class it as a treatment because it doesn't do a deep cleanse, or an intensive moisturise, it just adds a bit of shimmer to your hair.

I have used this twice now, and if I had brought this on it's own I would have been rather disappointed! It is nice to use as it puts actually tiny bits of shimmer into your hair when you use it (looks like you had an accident on glitter day in a preschool!) before you rinse it out. However once rinsed out and dried, I didn't really notice a difference!

Rating: 5/10

Glow Precious Oil - £11.50

Now this product I love! It calms down split ends, it nourishes hair without adding greasiness and also adds shine. See my before (first) and after (second)  photos - note my hair hadn't been straightened just blow dried.

My hair is much smoother and it also adds a layer of protection from heat! If I am going to straighten my hair I normally apply it after straightening.

Models Own Hypergel Review

I was fortunate enough to get all of the HyperGel polishes in the half price pre-launch on before Red Lustre sold out and then the sale finished. I also bought the 5pc brush set and eyelash curlers which I will review at a later time!

There are 10 colours in the HyperGel range which has already launched at The BottleShop and will be launching in Boots on February 19th and Superdrug on March 12th.

I have used White Light on my nails this week with a Barry M crackle on my 2nd and 4th nails to add a bit of design onto my nails.

The colours are:

                                White Light

Naked Glow

Pink Veneer

Lilac Sheen

Cornflower Gleam

Blue Glint
Which annoyingly looks purple!
Turquoise Gloss

Coral Glaze

Cerise Shine

Red Lustre

These are very similar to Barry M Gelly's so I think it will be a tough competition between the two brands but as I have never personally tried Gelly's I can't comment unfortunately!

Wednesday Wishlist #05

Good news! In a few weeks I start working again so I might be able to treat myself to a few little things soon! But I am saving for driving lessons and start them around the same time as my job so most of my pay will probably go towards them!

1) Clarins - Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream £25.00

This is not my photo, this is from The Sunday Girl (see links)

I regularly read The Sunday Girl's blog and she recommended this. Even though I live in a rural environment, I go into the urban city quite a bit and I really have noticed my skin feeling clogged and not quite clean after cleansing. I used to work in a DIY store and my skin always felt awful and I feel dirty still even after a full cleanse. I can't wait to save up and get this cleansing cream so I can use it on days when I think I need a better, deeper but still nourishing cleanse.

Here is her review!

2) Anastasia Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz £15.50

I have to fill my brows due to what I guess was a childhood accident and I now have a patch on my right eyebrow that doesn't grow and it is rather obvious - it's a bit like when boys shaved a line through their eyebrow and it's started to grow back a little! It's not a look I enjoy on my face! I like having dark brows, even though I naturally have blonde-brown hair, my eyebrows and eyelashes are darker. It comes with a spoolie and it twists up which I really like with my current YBF eyebrow pencil as it makes it so much easier and stops wastage! I think I would buy in either Brunette or Medium Ash - I will have to ask for another opinion so I get the right shade!

3) Yankee Candle - Sweetest Valentine Medium Jar Candle £16.99

Yankee Candles are the best! I like almost every scent but I got an email advertising the Valentine's Day Edition Candle - Sweetest Valentine. It mixes two scents together, like a couple on Valentine's Day coming together - not in a rude way you dirty minded people! Sparkling Cinnamon and Vanilla Cupcake which sounds perfect as I love vanilla candles and every time I make and get to add cinnamon then I just sniff and enjoy the spicy yet sweet smell!

Liebster Award!

I was so excited when I read the comment Rebekah from Love from Rhj left on my blog telling me she had nominated me for the Liebster Award as every time I see another nomination I wish someone loves reading my blog as much as I love reading their's! Thank you Rebekah!

Onto the questions :)

1) What is your favourite book, and why?
My favourite book is The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time. I have read it about 7 times. I think the main reason I love it so much is because I can see my brother in Christopher. I like I can relate to the thoughts and I really like how it is set from Christopher's supposedly "strange" view on the world, which is more like my view on the world than a lot of other books I've read. DISCLAIMER: I'm not suggesting I have any condition and if I do it is my personal business, I just understand the point of view.

2) What sort of perfumes do you tend to purchase?
I tend to buy fruity perfumes for everyday wear as they make me feel fresh and smell young! My current favourite is Killer Queen by Katy Perry. For special occasions I prefer a more "mature" scents with floral/musky tones. For example Dahlia Noir by Givenchy Paris which is really hard to describe the scent now I have to :/ Sephora has saved me though as says "pink pepper, mandarin, cecirant, rose, peach, cedarwood, sandalwood, vanilla, amber" it still has the fruitiness but adds floral and woody smells too.

3) Where is your favourite place in the world, and why?
My favourite place is Hoorn, Noord-Holland. If you've read my previous posts you will know my boyfriend, Jeff, lives in The Netherlands just outside of Hoorn. We went to Hoorn quite a few times in my recent visit and I just love the place. There are some really pretty sites, especially the docks!

4) If you were granted three wishes what would they be?
1 - To live closer to my boyfriend
2 - To own my own car
3 - To make a good difference in many people's lives

1- It's hard, 213 miles, him working full time; I would do anything to see him a lot more by living a lot nearer!
2- I'm currently learning to drive and I would really love for when I pass my test to own my own car so I can use my license and get around so much easier!
3- I would love to make a difference in many people's lives as I feel like I should do something good for society.

5) You can only have one of the three things, which would it be: Foundation, Perfume or a Hairbrush.
Definitely foundation! My skin is not my greatest asset! I would be lost without foundation - there is a very rare time I would go out without foundation - it has to be a very good skin day!

6) Why did you decide to start a blog?
I decided to start a blog because I had already created my Instagram @angelflicks_ and started to fall in love with it! I am not currently working and I love writing and it is a really fun way to fill the time as I can literally write for England and it never has bored me!

7) Describe your style.
This is difficult. I love having a grunge almost emo look but I still like doing my makeup in a more girly fashion and wearing oversized baby pink jumpers!! But most people say dark/punk/grunge is my look. I prefer alternative!

8) Where do you like to shop?
I like to shop at Topshop, Disturbia and H&M. These are my favourite stores as I always find clothes (and makeup!) I like there! Especially Divided at H&M as they do some really nice pieces that fit perfectly and are my style!

9) Describe your bedroom.
My room is bright pink, black and cream. These are my favourite colours as they go so well together. My carpet is baby bye as it hasn't been changed for a long time so it doesn't match but it's a lot better than nothing! All my furniture is pushed to the sides to allow for a larger space in the middle to do things and get ready :)
My favourite part is my beauty cabinet that hangs on my wall above my desk and all my new drawers and cabinets are black except some older furniture is brown but I need to sand it so I can paint it black.

10) What are your most loved possessions?

  • My iPhone - couldn't live without it!
  • My toy rabbit - there hasn't been one time I've ever slept without it!
  • My lighter - it was a sentimental gift from my boyfriend that means so much to me
  • My necklace - it was my boyfriend's that he added a pendant to make it more feminine.
11) And finally, do you prefer a relaxing night in with your pyjamas, or a crazy night out?
PYJAMAS! I prefer being in small groups then large crowds so I like doing my own thing in the comfort of my own home than be having crazy extreme nights - they just scare me!

My nominees are:

  1. Ami
  2. Charlotte
  3. Leigh
  4. Emma
  5. Loren
  6. Georgia
  7. Vicki
  8. Abbie
  9. Sarah
  10. Tracey
  11. Seraphina

The rules:

  • You must link back to the person who nominated you
  • You must answer the questions given to you
  • You must pick 11 nominees to answer 11 questions you choose for them
  • You cannot nominate the person who nominated you
  • You must tell the nominees that they have been nominated by you

Your questions!

1) What is your favourite polish colour?
2) Romcom or scary movie?
3)What is your guilty makeup secret purchase?
4) What is your favourite style?
5) Best thing about blogging?
6) Describe your dream job?
7) If you could have anything what would it be?
8) Favourite and worst foods
9) Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
10) Fake or real? (i.e. nails, lashes etc)
11) Last one - favourite brand of all time?

My kind of luxury: Haircare Routine!

This is the second post in the Routine Series, I hope you enjoy and make sure to comment if there is any routine you would like to see or if there is a product you want a post in more depth!

In the bathroom I don't really do much to my hair, I don't use hair masks as none that I can afford have drawn my attention to them. I do have the Clynol Luminous Oil Illuminate Shimmer Treatment but I have yet to use it as I get scared to use a Illuminating or even a gloss treatment (it took me 2 months of owning the Clynol Luminous Oil Dazzle Gloss Shampoo before I used it) as my hair gets shiny and greasy very quickly. Fortunately once I starting dying my hair that lowered a little bit but I wish it would be normal hair.
This is haircare routine is the routine I will use if I want the best for my hair - this is normally if I have a bit more time but I will be posting a standard hair care routine in a couple of weeks as well as sometimes you just don't have the time!!

My first product is, as mentioned above, Clynol Luminous Oil Dazzle Gloss Shampoo. I brought this from my salon after having a massive cut and reshape that my hair desperately needed! See here for my hair story to see why I needed it!

I was using Pantene Repair and Protect Shampoo without any conditioner because to me, my hair felt soft and quite nice for once! Until about after 5 washes and whilst drying my fingers felt like they had some sort of plastic-like film coating on them and would spend endless times wiping my hands on my wet hair towel to prevent this from getting into my hair as much as I could. I thought it was a different product that I had been using when I styled my hair - a hairspray or salt spray maybe - but needless to say my hairdresser confirmed it was my shampoo! So that went to my Dad to use as he doesn't have that much hair and doesn't really mind what he uses haha!
Clynol Luminous Oil Dazzle Gloss Shampoo and VO5 Nourish Me Truly Conditioner

The Dazzle Gloss Shampoo is an orange colour which scared me at first but now I like it. It has the sweet hairdresser smell rather than chemically. Be careful when using it though as otherwise it can slide of your wet head because of the oil it contains! It lathers up nicely and feels like you get a good clean as well as adding shine!

I then follow with an old favourite of mine - VO5 Nourish Me Truly conditioner - I have had this bottle for a while now because I started trying other stuff but I will always fall back to this. I dye my hair quite regularly as my hair grows so fast and I always like that fresh vibrant newly dyed colour. I know you're thinking "But you don't use colour protecting shampoo" just wait till my normal every other day hair care routine... and see my Wednesday Wishlist :)

Back to the routine, it ends up damaged due to dying and heat styling so the Nourish Me Truly helps renew my hair after a lot of damage!

VO5 Heat Protect Spray

Then I wait. For about 2 hours normally and just let my hair dry in a towel or just loose down to allow it to dry. I spray it with Smoothly Does It Heat Protect Styling Spray all over my hair and brush in with my fingers. I then dry my hair. I don't blow dry it straight, I just wave the hairdryer over my hair till it's almost dried then use my Tangle Teaser to brush through which makes it half straight.

I then use my GHD IV straighteners just to smooth it all out and obviously make it straight! And that's me done! This is the best photo I could find to show the finished look!

Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer Review

I pretty sure every blogger has tried and tested the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer but hey it's my turn!

I recently got this in a drugstore haul and used it every time I wore make-up since. I like that it is so lightweight as I don't want to have to pile on excess products onto my skin. I would say it is suitable for oily skin as I have oily patches and do suffer with breakouts but my skin is seemingly clear right now!

It is a silicone primer which is nice as it doesn't put any colour on the skin, which is nice as then it doesn't affect the colour of your foundation! I have used coloured primers before and then ended up looking strange!

It gives you a smooth base to start your make-up with and I have actually noticed a big difference on how 'flawless' my foundation looks. It looks more real and less cakey because it doesn't get stuck on any dry patches and it has a really smooth silicone base to glide over.

I apply it after my moisturiser all over my face and then along my jawline and start of my neck to allow all my make-up to look the same rather than one look on my face and then the ultimate way to make it look more natural (applying to neck as well as face) to be different - this may just be me but I think if you wear a primer under your foundation, it should be under all of your foundation.

This week's test - Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion

Sorry I didn't do a test last week, I just didn't use anything much to test and didn't want to make up some rubbish and basically lie to you.

I got the Aveeno Active Naturals Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion with Shea Butter for Christmas from my mum as I always have itchy legs. We have never known why because it started when I was around 8 but there is no obvious condition (like eczema) because my skin is "normal" before I start scratching. She told me that she spoke to a pharmacist who recommended this over E45 which I was shocked because I thought that was all they could recommend and I didn't even know this existed.
Aveeno Active Naturals Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion

I then saw it in my local Superdrug with a range of other products about 2/3 weeks ago. It brought me to actually using it as soon as I saw it I automatically thought that it was a product for well.. erm.. older people. It was a brand I'd never heard of, it was not the most inspiring packaging, it wasn't an interesting smell, it was natural, these things always deter me away from products as I'm a girl who likes things to look nice and pretty!

But then I used it after I bathed on Monday and wow - my skin felt amazing about 3 hours later. The itchiness I normally get seemed to lower and it did provide skin relief! I used it everywhere and I mean everywhere! Yes it is scary about using creams "down there" that aren't especially for it but to be brutally honest this stopped all that annoying post-shave drama!

I would really suggest this, the smell isn't that amazingly interesting or fresh but I quite like the shea butter and oaty smell it has for the first time after shaving because if you catch your skin it doesn't skin putting this over a small cut - it actually promotes healing in my opinion.

Wednesday Wishlist #04

My endless wishing may soon be fulfilled a little bit if the job interview I had goes to plan! Fingers crossed!

1) Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Honey Bath - Space NK £32

Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Honey BathI love Creme Brulee, I love baths, hmmm put two and two together and you get heaven. I can't wait to save up for this or if it turns out to be added to my birthday list! I have never seen a bad review of a Laura Mercier products, and I can't wait to have my own.

I like sweet smelling products, fruity is normally the sweetest you can find rather than a musky smell is my preference so honey and the caramel from the Creme Brulee - I'm just exciting to sink myself into luxury one day!

Buy here!

2) Lanolips Banana Balm - Victoria Health £8.99

Lanolips Banana BalmI'm not going to lie, I watch many videos and read many blogposts of monthly favourites and reviews and recommendations, so yes if you follow any big beauty bloggers and vloggers than you may see the products here!

I heard about Lanolips from Zoella and as I suffer with dry lips that crack and split very regularly and this brings me to applying lip balm at any possible moment during the day. Even ones that say that bring 8 hour moisture - I reapply 8 times in that 8 hours to keep them soft.

This is 99% natural which is great just like EOS spheres, I don't mind putting not so natural chemicals on my face because I cleanse, exfoliator, moisturise my face but this is all I get on my lips! So it needs to be skin (well lip) friendly!

Buy here!

3) Clynol Care Enrich Colour Shampoo - Amazon £7.95

Clynol Care Enrich Colour ShampooI know it's strange to be buying shampoo off of conditioner but this is a salon brand and having it delivered to your door is so much easier! My hairdresser recommend Clynol to be and I brought a 3 piece set of the Luminous Oil range which I will review once I have used everything to the full potential.

I really want to try the Colour Care range because I have coloured  hair and due to its red tinge - I used a Black Cherry dye - so the colour can fade or be lost very quickly! I like what I have seen so far of the Clynol brand so I really hope this can follow in the Luminous Oil footsteps when I go to buy this when I finish my current 3 shampoos on the go!

Buy here!

3) Clynol Care Colour and Care Restore Conditioner - Amazon £8.95

Clynol Care Colour and Care Restore Conditioner
You get the shampoo, chances are you'll get the conditioner too. It's the annoying hair care world where 8/10 times you'll pay more for the conditioner and get less in the bottle. But hey, if it helps my hair and doesn't cost a ridiculous amount more then lets try it!

Facial Skin Care Morning Routine

The next few Tuesday's I'm going to be doing a "Routine" series. I'm unsure at the moment how many posts there will be but maybe next week I'll have it worked out!

This week it is skin care morning routine! Let's hit the bathroom!

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator, Good Things Five Minute Facial 1

Firstly, I use Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish which is the only hot cloth cleanser I have ever used, I have tried the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Cream Cleanser but it was too intense for my skin and stripped it to a very dry and sore skin when it went from summer to colder autumn/winter months. Yes it worked okay when it was warmer and my skin was sweatier so more oily but after it was way too strong unfortunately!

Cleanse and Polish is so easy to use, 1 pump and just massage gently into your skin and then wipe away with the provided muslin cloth that has been dampened with warm water. It takes off all my face makeup which I don't remove with a makeup remover or wipe (I only do this for the majority of my eye makeup otherwise my cloth is black within seconds!)

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator, Good Things Five Minute Facial 2

Next step is my exfoliator. This is also a Liz Earle product, they just work so well on my skin I can't resist them. This is the Gentle Face Exfoliator (which was in my January Empties). I normally have this in the pump bottle as I find it easier to pump a half pump to save on wasting any product, but this is a tube I have a had in the cupboard for ages so I thought I better use it up! Liz Earle have many kits with tubes in so I must have had it from one of those at some point!

This is the same as the Cleanse and Polish. Massage gently into skin, I normally have slightly damp skin as I haven't dried my face after the Cleanse and Polish but I would suggest this as otherwise I don't think it would glide that well on dry skin but a dripping wet face I can't see the exfoliator working to its full potential either.

Finally I use the Good Things Five Minute Facial once a week. Apply to your face and leave for 5 minutes then remove after splashing the skin with warm water to help lift the mask. I use my Liz Earle Muslin Cloth for this to then wash it in the washing machine afterwards otherwise it is all horrible from the mask. It helps brighten my skin and I found after not using for a few weeks that it also helps stop breakouts! What more could a girl want from a drug store mask?

Then onto bedroom!

I am a patron saint user of Witch Blemish Stick, I use this on any blemishes I have or ones that I can see coming! I also always put it on my nose as that's my oily area and it helps prevent shine during the day. However if I am having a particularly bad day with blemishes then I use Origins Super Spot Remover which is a super strength version of the Witch Stick but due its price I don't want to use it all the time.

Then I use Origins GinZing Energy Boosting Moisturiser all over my face and neck, this is a great moisturiser and as it is a gel moisturiser you only need a tiny amount and it goes for miles! I have had mine since the school summer holidays when I brought it in Selfridges and it is only around half empty and that is from every day use!  Again the same as the Super Spot Remover if my skin is particularly dry I use L'Occitane Precious Cream that I got in a GlossyBox as it gives that little bit more (which it should for its price!)
